Not only is the rapper Jay-Z’s Maybach Exelero one of the most expensive cars a celebrity has ever purchased, but it’s also very rare. This elegant limited edition car was originally owned by rapper Bryan “Birdman” Williams, who sold it to Jay-Z for a whopping $7 million.

The sleek-looking Maybach Exelero is a one-off high-performance car built in 2004 by the Stola company in collaboration with DaimlerChrysler. It has a 5.9-liter twin-turbo V-12 engine that pumps out an impressive 690 horsepower and 782 pound-feet of torque and can go from zero to 60 mph in 4.4 seconds. We can only imagine how much Jay-Z enjoys driving this car.

Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson’s Bugatti Chiron

The famous rapper known as 50 Cent put down $3 million for his brand-new 2020 Bugatti Chiron, a car he bought as a Christmas present for himself in 2019. When 50 Cent wants to go fast, the black carbon-fiber Bugatti Chiron doesn’t disappoint. A quad-charged W-16 engine that puts out a mind-boggling 1,479 horsepower sits under the hood of this hypercar. When put to the test, the Bugatti Chiron can go from zero to 60 mph in 2.4 seconds.

Samuel Eto’o’s Aston-Martin One-77

While not a common household name in the United States, this wealthy soccer player has achieved celebrity status in South America and Africa. As one of the world’s highest-paid soccer players, Samuel Eto’o paid $1.6 million for his Aston-Martin One-77. This powerful two-seater sports car has a massive 7.3-liter V-12 engine that delivers 750 horsepower and 533 pound-feet of torque. It’s perfect for hitting any racetrack. Eto’o and his Aston-Martin One-77 can go from zero to 60 mph in 3.7 seconds and hit a top speed of 220 mph — perfect for a lightning-fast soccer player.

Simon Cowell’s Jaguar E-Type Eagle Speedster

While best-known for being a judge and producer of television shows such as “American Idol” and “The X Factor,” Simon Cowell also enjoys a large collection of rare and expensive cars. He put down $1 million for the very rare 1965 Jaguar Eagle speedster after seeing it previewed on the show “Top Gear” and knowing instantly he had to own this beautiful car.

Cowell had the car shipped to the restoration company Eagle, where they improved the brakes, suspension, and interior. In addition, Eagle rebuilt the engine and gave the Jaguar Speedster an aluminum body. Cowell now has one of the most beautiful and rare Jaguars in existence in his car collection.

Beyonce Knowles’ Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II

The famous pop singer Beyonce didn’t buy her rare and expensive 1959 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II; her husband Jay-Z gave her the gorgeous car for her 25th birthday. Jay-Z paid $1 million for this luxury convertible Rolls-Royce with a sky blue exterior, matching leather interior, navy blue top, and whitewall tires. While not as fast as Jay-Z’s Maybach Exelero, Beyonce’s Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II can go from zero to 60 mph in 10 seconds.

Queen Latifah’s Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe

After Queen Latifah’s beloved Mercedes-Benz S63 was stolen in 2015, the singer and actress upgraded to a Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe with a price tag of $370,000. This gorgeous luxury convertible sedan has a shimmering silver paint job that reflects the Los Angeles and Hollywood sunshine as she drives around town. Rolls-Royce produced only 50 of these rare Phantom series grand tourers.

Post Malone’s VelociRaptor 6X6

This behemoth of a truck owned by singer and rapper Post Malone certainly stands out from other celebrity cars. The one-of-a-kind truck that cost Post Malone $349,000 in 2019 started out as a Ford-F-150 SuperCrew Raptor. Hennessey Performance customized the ride to become the VelociRaptor it is today. The team at Hennessy Performance stretched the chassis out to give it enough room for six-by-six locking rear axles. They also added 20-inch wheels, a FOX suspension system, a roll bar, and lots of LED lights.

Manny Pacquiao’s Ferrari 458 Italia

In 2011, the boxing champion Manny Pacquiao gave himself a Christmas present, a Ferrari 458 Italia that cost $309,000. While known for his speed in the boxing ring, he can also zip by on the road behind the wheel of his Ferrari 458 Italia. A 4.5-liter V-8 engine that pumps out 563 horsepower and 398 pound-feet of torque sits under the hood of this hot Italian exotic car. Pacquiao and his Ferrari can go from zero to 60 mph in 3.4 seconds and hit a top speed of 210 mph.

Paris Hilton’s Bentley GT Continental

It might not surprise you to learn Paris Hilton drives a custom Bentley GT Continental when cruising around Hollywood. After paying $200,000 for her Bentley, Hilton brought it to “Pimp My Ride’s” West Coast Customs to have the team there give it a custom pink paint job. When asked why she would take a stunning Bentley GT Continental and paint it pink, she replied that she always wanted to have a Barbie Doll convertible, and the Bentley GT Continental was a perfect choice.
